The staff were exceptionally helpful, ensuring all our dietary needs were met, and the breakfast consistently exceeded our expectations. Free water sports like snorkeling and paddle boarding added to the experience, and the hotel’s private beach was a true highlight. However, some areas of the resort could benefit from a refresh, and our room had minor maintenance issues that required attention.

Staying in a Sea View Villa was incredible. The view of the ocean every morning was breathtaking. The private beach area felt exclusive and cozy. Staff were attentive, always greeting me with smiles. I loved the breakfast – so many choices, fresh fruit, and delicious local options. The infinity pool had a perfect vibe for relaxation. However, I faced some inconveniences. During my stay, the Wi-Fi in the villa was spotty at times, disrupting my work. Also, it took a while for housekeeping to bring extra towels after I requested them. Overall, these issues didn’t ruin my experience, but it’s something to be aware of.

The desserts were to die for, especially those homemade sweets! You just can't beat a breathtaking sea view while indulging in breakfast. Plus, the staff were always smiling and ready to help, making you feel right at home.

At Belmond Napasai, I experienced pure paradise. The serene beachfront, really good service from staff like Lek, and fine sea view villa. Minor hiccups with drink pricing didn’t overshadow the magic. I’m already dreaming of my return!

I was really frustrated with the breakfast hours. Closing at 10:00 AM is downright early for a vacation. It would have been nice to see a wider variety of Western food options too, especially a decent burger. The main pool was often overcrowded, making it difficult to relax. Plus, the path to the beach was unnecessarily long from my room, which was quite disappointing.
